Education Fund

The Board has established a 501 (C) 3 Education Fund which provides resources for the development of projects directly related to the Board’s mission as well as to educate diplomates and the public regarding issues related to Board certification. Contributions to this 501 (C) 3 fund are tax deductible. Please consider making a contribution to this fund so the Board can continue its work to maintain the high quality and, thus, the value of Board certification.

To contribute, please fill out the Education Fund Contribution Form, which is available from the Board office and in Portable Document Format . (To open the PDF, you will need Acrobat Reader, which is a free download from Adobe.) 

Attach the form to a check made payable to the American Board of Ophthalmology Education Fund and mail it to: American Board of Ophthalmology; 111 Presidential Blvd, Ste. 241; Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004-1075.
