Registering for the Oral Examination
The Board holds two oral examinations a year for candidates who have passed the Written Qualifying Examination. Candidates are assigned either to a group taking the Oral Examination in the fall of that year, or to a group taking the Oral Examination in the spring of the following year. Oral examinations are held at hotels alternately on the east and west coasts.
Candidates who successfully complete the written examination will be notified of their oral examination assignment and sent registration instructions.
